***Professional, Knowledgeable, Respectable, Honest*** Jax Auto Lab provided me with service second to none! Josh and Derek are proven professionals that take their time to understand your situation, diagnose, and solve whatever auto issue you may have. They were upfront and transparent from start to finish. Communicating every step of the way, also took time and consideration with my questions and concerns . Easily could’ve made unnecessary recommendations, but instead had my best interests in mind to make sure my vehicle was safe and sound on the road. Repairs were executed precisely and expeditiously! In a short time this establishment earned my trust in an industry that all too often is dishonest and uncertain . I will recommend to anybody I know that needs any auto service and will most certainly be a returning customer! Thank you kindly Jax Auto Lab! -Travis Schafer

Derek was amazing in helping me with Diagnosing my Jeep Cherokee. I had many problems and it was a lot and very stresful… he made it so easy with helping me get my car in quick and preforming what needed to be done so he could let me know the issues in a timely manner! Even though I called him at the last minute he was ready to take care of all my issues and get the car back up in running !! I will continue to go to them for any car issues or in the future on any new vehicles I purchase. Derek has amazing customer service skills and I’m sure it factors throughout the whole team! Thank you so much for everything you did to help me!! I will be back! Also taught me so much in the process which is hard to find when you go in to get your car fixed ! I’m grateful! Thank you Derek!!

If you want a great experience and your auto well cared for Jax Auto Labs is it! My third time there for basic maintenance. They run on time, polite and do a great job. This time though they went above and beyond and removed film that has been left on my hood making it look dirty and gross. Looks like a new car! Thanks guys!!

If you are searching for a highly reputable, highly rated place to take your vehicle just as I did you definitely found it at Jax Auto lab. We were in a totally horrible situation with a dealership over service to our vehicle and one phone call to the guys Derek and Josh here at Jax Auto we were taken care of! Prices that are honest and the work is superior. The knowledge of these two guys and the service we received and the timeliness it took them to fix our Yukon was beyond impressive. Thank you guys so much! We will be using Jax auto lab for everything in the future now!! Take your vehicle here you won’t regret it!!
